We source exclusively from certified Ontario and Quebec farms, hand-slaughtering every animal following strict Islamic guidelines under the supervision of a qualified imam. Our butchers are trained to fulfil custom cut requests — from whole carcass to specialty cuts for biryani, grills and slow-cooking.
